This home study is based on the book, Positivity, by Dr. Barbara Fredrickson and introduces the science of well-being and applications that lead to greater satisfaction and meaning in life. Fredrickson’s research focuses on how positive emotions broaden minds and build resources in a manner that leads toward flourishing.

This self-study qualifies for 8 CE credits. For example, upon successful completion, Social Workers will receive 8 Category “A” credits under the ACSW competence requirements. Other participants should contact their regulatory board to determine course approval.
