The Power of Gratitude: The Research and Practice

The ability to notice, appreciate an savor the elements of life is an essential determinant of well-being. Research has shown that those of us who are grateful are happier, more hopeful and more helpful to others. We report higher levels of well-being. But, we are not born being grateful. It is something that we learn and develop throughout our lives.
